This guide will walk you through our domestic and international shipping options, so you know exactly what to expect.

Before we talk about carriers and timelines, know this: every single controller is packed with extreme care. We've developed a custom packaging process to ensure your gear is protected on its journey.

• Custom-Fit Boxing: Your controller is secured in a sturdy, double-walled box with custom foam inserts to prevent any movement.
• Protective Layers: We use anti-static and shock-absorbent materials to safeguard all electronic components.
• Sealed for Transit: Every package is sealed to protect against the elements, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.

International Shipping: Reaching Our Global Community

The majority of our community is outside of Argentina, and we offer multiple international shipping tiers to meet your needs. We primarily partner with FedEx, a global leader in logistics.

Option 1: FedEx International Priority® (Fastest Delivery)

This is our premium shipping option, recommended for those who want their controller as quickly as possible.

• Ideal For: Time-sensitive projects, professional deadlines, or anyone who can’t wait to start creating.
• Estimated Delivery (after dispatch): 3-5 business days.

Option 2: FedEx International Economy® (Cost-Effective & Reliable)

This option provides the same reliability and security of the FedEx network but at a more budget-friendly price point.

• Key Benefit: A lower shipping cost.
• Ideal For: Customers who are happy to wait a little longer in exchange for savings.
• Estimated Delivery (after dispatch): 7-10 business days.

Note: In certain regions, we may also utilize DHL Express as an alternative premium shipping option, equivalent in speed to FedEx Priority®.

The International Shipping Process:

1. Order Fulfillment: Once your controller is built, tested, and ready, we prepare it for shipment.
2. Dispatch & Tracking: We hand the package to your chosen carrier. You will immediately receive an automated email with your tracking number.
3. Monitor Your Shipment: You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to see live updates on your controller’s journey.

A Crucial Note on Customs, Duties, and Taxes (VAT/GST)

This applies to all international shipments, regardless of the service tier you choose.

• You, the customer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes (like VAT or GST), and/or customs fees levied by your country's government.
• These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost you pay to Yaeltex at checkout.
• Yaeltex has no control over these fees, nor can we predict them. They are determined by your local customs office.
• Your carrier (FedEx or DHL) will contact you directly to pay these fees before completing delivery. Failure to pay them will result in the package being delayed or returned.

For our local customers right here in Argentina, we offer a dedicated and reliable shipping solution.

• The Process: Once your controller is ready, we dispatch it via Andreani. You will receive an email with your tracking code ("código de seguimiento").

Q: How do I choose between FedEx Priority and Economy?

A: Choose Priority for the fastest possible delivery. Choose Economy if you'd like a more budget-friendly option and are not on a tight deadline. Both options are fully tracked and secure. You can see the price for each at checkout.

Q: Can you declare a lower value on my package to avoid customs fees?

A: We are legally required to declare the full and accurate value of the contents for all international shipments. Declaring a lower value is illegal and could result in fines and the seizure of your package. We cannot honor requests to do this.

Q: What happens if my controller is damaged during shipping?

A: In the rare event this happens, please contact us immediately at support@yaeltex.com. Take photos of the damaged box and controller, and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation quickly.
