How to Track Your Shipment

Your custom controller has been built, tested, and carefully packed. The wait is almost over! Now you can follow its journey from our workshop in Buenos Aires directly to your studio.

This guide will show you exactly how to track your shipment every step of the way.

Step 1: Look for the Shipping Confirmation Email

The moment your package is dispatched and handed over to the carrier (like FedEx or Andreani), our system will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • Check Your Inbox: The email will be sent to the address you used during checkout.
  • Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: If you don't see it in your main inbox within a day of your estimated shipping date, please check your spam or junk mail folder, just in case.

Step 2: Find Your Tracking Number

Inside the shipping confirmation email, you will find the most important piece of information: your tracking number (or "código de seguimiento" for domestic shipments).

This unique code is the key that unlocks all the tracking information for your specific package. It will be a long series of numbers and/or letters.

Step 3: Visit the Carrier's Website

With your tracking number ready, go to the official tracking website for the carrier mentioned in your email. Here are the direct links for our primary carriers:

Step 4: Enter Your Tracking Number

On the carrier's website, you will see a prominent field for tracking.

  1. Copy the full tracking number from your email.
  2. Paste it into the tracking field on the website.
  3. Click the "Track" or "Submit" button.

You will now see the live status and detailed history of your shipment's journey.

Understanding Your Tracking Status

Here are some common statuses you might see and what they mean:

  • Label Created / Shipment Information Sent: We've registered your package with the carrier, but they may not have physically picked it up or scanned it into their system yet.
  • In Transit: Your controller is on its way! It is moving through the carrier's network.
  • Clearance Event / In Customs: This is a normal status for international shipments. It means your package has arrived in your country and is being processed by the local customs office. This can sometimes take a few days. (➡️ *Learn more: Understanding Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes*)
  • Out for Delivery: The best status of all! Your controller is on the local delivery truck and is scheduled to arrive today.
  • Delivered: The package has been successfully delivered to your address.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: My tracking number doesn't work.

A: Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. It can take some time for the first scan to be registered.

Q: My package has been "stuck" in customs for a few days.

A: This is normal. Customs processing times can vary widely between countries. If it remains in customs for more than 5 business days without an update, it may be helpful to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number as a reference.

Q: The tracking says "Delivered," but I don't have my package.

A: Please take a moment to check around your property (like a back porch or with a building manager) and with your neighbors to see if it was left with them. If you still can't find it, please contact the local office of the shipping carrier directly, as they will have the most detailed delivery information. If the issue is still unresolved, contact our support team at support@yaeltex.com.
